About Me

I'm Debra A. Mueller. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Wyoming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona and Wyoming.

My passion lies in supporting people through life's intricate challenges, helping them navigate the human experience. We're often not taught how to handle the curveballs life throws our way. I'm especially dedicated to empowering individuals to tap into their personal values and goals and creating success on their terms, especially in the realm of work.

With over 15 years of experience across various social work roles, I found my calling in supporting professionals overwhelmed by the burdens of stress and burnout. I employ a strength-based approach, aiming to unlock your inner resilience and establish lasting change.

My therapeutic approach is a fusion of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). SFBT techniques allow me to help you to pinpoint your goals and create actionable solutions. CBT strategies help you to better understand the intricate relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. ACT techniques are extremely helping in boosting psychological flexibility while helping you to connect with thoughts, memories, feelings, and physical sensations.
